How to use Hair Oil :-
- Preparation: Before applying the oil, make sure your hair is clean and slightly damp. You can either wash your hair with shampoo or let it air dry or dampen it with water using a spray bottle.
- Apply the Oil: Pour a small amount of oil into your palms and rub them together to evenly distribute it. Then, starting from the roots, gently massage the oil into your scalp using your fingertips. Work the oil down to the tips of your hair, ensuring that all strands are coated.
- Focus on the Ends: Pay extra attention to the ends of your hair, as they tend to be drier and more prone to damage. Apply a bit more oil to the ends and work it in thoroughly.
- Comb Through: Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute the oil evenly throughout your hair. This helps to ensure that every strand is coated and prevents the oil from clumping in certain areas.
- Leave it In: After applying the oil, leave it in your hair for at least 30 minutes to allow it to penetrate and nourish the hair shaft. For deeper conditioning, you can leave the oil in overnight and wash it out in the morning.
- Wash Out: Once you’ve allowed the oil to sit for the desired amount of time, wash your hair as usual with a gentle shampoo.
- Repeat: You can use hair oil as often as needed, depending on your hair’s condition and your personal preferences. Some people use it weekly as a deep conditioning treatment, while others use it daily to tame frizz and add shine.
- Adjust Quantity: The amount of oil you use will depend on your hair type and length. Start with a small amount and adjust as needed to avoid making your hair greasy or weighed down.
